I for one am glad they are not signing Jackson. He is old and fat, would rather look at Pouha and Mosely and see what we have.

If Jets were 3-4, yes I would sign him. At 1-6, why bother?

Hmm…he would seem to be the perfect pile of immovable lard the Jets need to fill the middle of that 3-4 defense, until they can address the need in next year’s draft.

Hi Andrew –

I know he’s Mangini and won’t talk about what he had for breakfast for fear it would give the opponent a competitive advantage but is there even a rumor or theory floating out there about why the Jets aren’t interested in Jackson? He seems to be exactly what this team needs – a huge mountain in the middle of the D line. What’s the rationale here?

Andrew..Have the JETS shown any interest in Grady Jackson, recently released by the Falcons. He is the perfect fit for a 3/4 defense.
